Sunbleached Kitchen Beauty in Calgary

This custom kitchen cabinet design is brought to us by Susan Nickell. We worked with the talented Tanya Goldie - a brilliant interior designer in Calgary - on all the cabinetry space requirements, to help bring Tanya's full interior designs to life. Going with this two-toned kitchen to meet the homeowners wishes for a bright, open and airy space was easy do with the use of Alder and Maple cabinets.  "This is a light and fresh approach to obtaining the look of luxury; maintaining clean lines through the kitchen and surrounding spaces, enriched with the warm elements of stained wood and wide plank white oak flooring, and of course the brushed brass hardware." The custom cabinets around the fridge and the custom kitchen island offer the warmth with the use of the Sunbleached colour on Alder wood. This colour is a standard stain choice in the Merit Kitchens cabinetry line, and is hand-rubbed to ensure it is a one-of-a-kind custom finish. The wall cabinets, and mudroom area are made of Maple wood. Beautiful Design, Tanya! Always a pleasure working for you.
